We are a young development business who combine the track record of a bluechip with the agility of a startup. We are a passionate team of experts, who excel in project planning and delivery, having led over 3.2 million square feet.

  • Role - Director

    Anthony oversees technical design, procurement and construction at Edit. He has led more than £1bn development throughout his career across a range of sectors, scales and complexities. 

    Having started his career undertaking a number of roles as a building surveyor, he later transitioned into project management rising to Partner and Head of London Commercial Office at Rider Levett Bucknall. Prior to forming Edit, Anthony spent six years at British Land, where he led a number of complex commercial redevelopments ranging from £5m to £350m in value. 

    Anthony is a member of RICS, a contributor to LETI, and sits on the Private Sector Playbook Working Group. 

    Outside of work Anthony is Vice Chair of The Pepper Foundation, enjoys playing squash and spending time with his wife and two children.

    Nick is responsible for Edit’s planning, development, analysis, leasing, and investment activity.  During his career Nick has led over £1.5bn of Central London development projects across a variety of scales and sectors.  

    Prior to forming Edit, Nick spent 12 years at British Land initially as an analyst and for the last 10 years as Development Director.  Immediately prior to leaving, Nick led the landmark 37 storey 2 Finsbury Avenue project which secured a major off-plan pre-let to Citadel.  

    Nick is a member of RICS, a UK Green Building Council contributor and chaired the Low Carbon Working Group whilst at British Land. 

    Outside of work, Nick enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, exploring the latest developments in AI, and training for his first 10K race.

  • Role: Assistant Development Management

    Elizabeth supports Edit across all stages of the development process, bringing a human-centered perspective from her Psychology degree. She is particularly driven by sustainable design and the ambition to help shape a more resilient and inclusive London. 

    At Edit, Elizabeth is contributing to a number of ongoing projects that are giving her experience across different scales and complexities. She contributes to project appraisals, supporting the analysis of development options and helping to inform key project decisions. 

    Outside of work, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends and family and can often be found hiking, running or cycling. 

  • Role: Development Manager

    Jess leads design management at Edit, working closely with clients and consultant teams to maximise a building’s potential through an expert focus on buildability, risk management and occupier requirements. She aligns design development with commercial, planning and delivery objectives to drive value creation.

    A UK-qualified architect, Jess trained and practised in Edinburgh, Copenhagen and London before moving into development. She specialises in commercial office and has delivered major central London schemes with a combined development value of over £1bn. Most recently she led the design team for the 1m sq ft 2 Finsbury Avenue development at Broadgate, working closely with British Land’s development and leasing teams.

    Her background in architectural and client advisory roles underpins a collaborative, design-led and commercially informed approach to development.

    Outside of work, Jess enjoys travel, fitness and elaborate dinner parties.

  • Role: Senior Advisor

    With over 30 years of real estate experience, Ker joined the team as a Senior Advisor, supporting the team by originating key opportunities and providing senior investment insight. Formally fund manager of Welput, London’s largest unlisted office fund, and now Patrizia’s Head of Investment Management for the UK and Ireland, he brings broad institutional real estate experience and long-standing market relationships, supporting the team with strategic investment advice.

    Away from work, Ker can be found spending time playing tennis, skiing or supporting the Scottish Rugby team from a cosy pub.
