Edit are supporting New York based developer MCR/MORSE Development on confidential proposals to transform one of London’s most recognisable buildings into a hotel-led mixed-use development. This historic structure will become a new London destination.
The site occupies an entire city block in Fitzrovia, within the London Borough of Camden, on the boundary with Westminster. The building itself is Grade II listed and sits adjacent to the Fitzroy Square and Charlotte Street conservation areas. Its sensitive and historic context is shaping a careful, collaborative approach to both planning and stakeholder engagement.
