Established in 2024, Edit are aiming to be leaders in refurbishment and repositioning projects. We celebrate the architecture, history and character of existing buildings through creative refurbishment, ensuring their future and unlocking their potential. With 18 years experience working for blue chip developer, British Land, Edit are uniquely qualified.

Founded by two partners with extensive experience in development and construction, Edit can ensure successful project delivery through every stage. We have led over 3.2m sq ft of development, much of it refurbishment, working with a range of stakeholders and partners. Our experience and principal mindset mean we constantly consider the metrics which matter to our clients, financial performance, quality, programme, sustainability and risk.

Core to our mission is sustainability and we aim to minimise the environmental impact of our projects through an ambitious approach to low carbon design and building reuse. Not only do we feel a responsibility to act sustainably, we think it makes good business sense.
