Anthony has over 20 years experience in redeveloping and refurbishing commercial buildings. His career began at EC Harris LLP, where he transitioned through various building surveying roles—from providing professional advice to handling design, project management, and contract administration. He achieved chartered status in 2008.

In 2012, Anthony joined Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) as a senior project manager and then quickly assumed the role of Head of Commercial Project Management for London and later became a Partner where he led a team of up to 15 professionals.

In 2018 Anthony’s journey then led him to British Land, where he took on pivotal roles as a Development Manager and Project Director. His responsibilities spanned complex redevelopments, refurbishments, and meticulous due diligence and feasibility assessments for acquisitions.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Anthony actively contributes to industry progress. Since 2021, he has been an integral part of the Private Sector Playbook working committee, collaborating with fellow experts to tackle productivity challenges head-on. Additionally, he serves as the Vice Chair of The Pepper Foundation, a local charity close to his heart, nestled in the picturesque Hertfordshire countryside where he lives with his wife and two children.
